Most of our chosen luxury cars can be rented for a minimum of 1 day.
Do I Need Insurance?
You must have full coverage insurance for renting any one of our cars.
Who Pays For Gas And Tolls?
You will be held responsible for paying toll and gas money.
Do Your Cars Come With GPS?
Some cars have in-built GPS in them. But, if your chosen model doesn’t have one, you can get one from us. You have to inform us about it beforehand.
What If The Car Malfunctions Or Has A Mechanical Issue While I’m Renting It?
We have experienced techs who will be always there with you, in case the car malfunctions. This is not even the case because we take extreme care to tune the care before letting it go. But, if any issue arises, call us for a replacement ASAP.
Do You Offer Delivery Or Pick Up?
With an added cost for every trip, we offer delivery or pick up, mainly during peak and off-peak hours. Pay the full security deposit in full before the vehicle gets to leave our ground.
What Times Can I Pick Up, Drop Off, And Have The Car Delivered?
Our working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm. You can Pick Up, Drop Off or get the cars delivered within the time frame.
Can I Take The Car Out Of The State That I Rented It From?
For out-of-state travelling, the documents need to be signed first and approved by the management team. You will receive a customized mileage plan to avoid adding extra mileage fees. Management can either approve or deny any out-of-state travel request.
Do You Require A Security Deposit?
We will hold a temporary amount on your credit card as a security deposit. Once you bring the car back in pristine condition, the deposit hold will be removed within a span of 1 to 2 days.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel your order before 2 weeks of the chosen date, you will get the entire amount reimbursed. Canceling within 2 weeks will result in a 50% cancellation fee. But canceling on the same date will incur the whole rental amount.
What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept various kinds of payments such as Zelle, cash apps, credit or debit cards, and even cash.
